Zero is a global brand selling through dealers across North America and Europe, with 2,000+ campaigns across both regions. They had no meaningful way to measure whether ads were driving real leads — only vanity metrics like clicks and page views. No conversion tracking, no lead quality measurement, and campaigns running in 6+ languages with no localization strategy.
Our Solution
Built a custom "Quality Traffic" measurement system via Google Tag Manager - tracking real engagement (50%+ page scroll AND 60+ seconds on site) instead of vanity metrics
Implemented full dealer funnel tracking: dealer locator visits, contact clicks, demo ride form submissions, inventory views, and outbound dealer clicks
Created a regional campaign structure (NA vs EMEA) with localized creative and language-specific targeting
Built automated weekly reporting pulling data from Meta, Google Ads, and GA4 across both regions
Set up cross-domain tracking between the main site and checkout for direct purchase attribution
